The butter is made from natural cream, produced from cow milk.
20 kg monoliths; 180 gr. bars packed in laminated foil. Shelf life of the packed butter bars is 40 days at a temperature not higher than minus 3 °С.
Consistency and appearance: homogeneous, plastic, dense, butter slice surface is slightly shiny and dry in appearance, or with the presence of single small droplets of moisture.
Taste and smell: pure, without foreign flavors and smells, with or without a taste of pasteurized cream.
Color: white to yellow, even throughout the mass.
Thanks to gentle processing, we manage to maintain the maximum taste and biological qualities of milk.
